I offer an editorial property photography service for design-led homes and considered spaces across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. My approach moves beyond traditional real estate imagery: I focus on light, texture, proportion and flow—capturing how a property feels, not just how it looks.
The result is refined, modern property content designed to elevate listings, strengthen brand presence and create an emotional connection with buyers, guests or clients. This service is especially suited to architecturally designed homes, renovations and new builds, boutique developments, and short-stay properties.
Signature Property Photography & Content Package — $780
Up to 90 minutes on-site, 25–30 edited high-resolution images, editorial detail imagery of finishes and materials, plus short-form vertical clips for social and digital marketing. You’ll receive 48-hour delivery and an online gallery with download access.
Optional Add-On: Property or Venue Walk-Through Film — $500
A guided, conversational walk-through filmed with storytelling and atmosphere in mind (ideal with an agent, host, or owner on camera). Perfect for social media, listing promotion and digital marketing.
Agent & Property Content Retainer:
For agents, builders and property brands who want consistent, elevated content—without scrambling for last-minute shoots.
This is an ongoing reserved content slot designed for social media visibility, listing momentum, and brand storytelling.
Reserved content slot options
Weekly spot — $500 per week
Fortnightly spot — $500 per fortnight
Each session includes
Up to 2 hours on-site per reserved slot, a curated mix of editorial property imagery and vertical video content (walk-through clips, detail moments, and agent-led content if desired), with 48-hour turnaround on delivered assets—ready for social and digital marketing.
Availability
Reserved content slots are currently available on Mondays and Tuesdays. I take on a limited number of ongoing clients to maintain visual consistency and a thoughtful approach—once spots are filled, the schedule closes.
Retainer terms (simple and clear)
A minimum 4-week booking secures a reserved weekly or fortnightly spot. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. (Full terms are provided at booking.)

After many years of renovating and sourcing materials for my own projects, I discovered how much joy exists in layering colours, textures and finishes to shape the feeling of a space.
What many people don’t realise is that creating a cohesive interior is rarely about a single choice—it’s about how every element works together. Even something as seemingly simple as white paint can dramatically change the atmosphere of a room. There are thousands of shades of white, and the right one can soften, warm, or elevate an entire project.
My most recent renovation project was featured on Grand Designs, and through that process I realised how valuable it can be to have a clear creative direction before construction begins.
This service is designed to give you that clarity.

You receive a polished concept pack that can be shared directly with your builder or trades to guide selections and ensure the finished space feels cohesive and considered.
I don’t purchase items on your behalf. This service provides the creative direction and specifications, allowing you the flexibility to source alternatives while maintaining the overall design vision.

Curated Sample Box — $200
For clients who would like to see part of the vision come to life while planning their renovation.
A curated sample box can be shipped to you containing selected finishes such as tile samples, material swatches, paint cards and textures from your concept palette.
Renovations can be a long journey, and having physical pieces of the design helps bring the vision to life while decisions are being made.
My Design Approach
Beautiful spaces rarely happen by accident.
They are the result of thoughtful decisions about light, materials, proportion and atmosphere. The way stone meets timber, the warmth of brass against natural textures, the softness of the right paint colour as it changes throughout the day.
My approach to renovation design is not about following trends. It is about creating spaces that feel timeless, balanced and quietly luxurious.
Often the difference between a renovation that feels “nice” and one that feels truly considered comes down to the details—choosing the right tone of white, selecting finishes that complement rather than compete, and creating a palette that feels cohesive from the moment you enter the room.
